Prices based on $55 per cubic yard, with a $135 minimum charge which includes 1 hour of our time. Additional time based on $70 per hour for 2 people.We can provide a comprehensive list of our services, and their corresponding rates to Contractors and "Do-it-Yourself"-ers. We also offer discounts to members of the GVHBA and members of BNI in Vancouver. For larger jobs and estate sales, contact us for a quote.

Save the environment - With our three step approach, we recycle and donate as much as possible before disposal. Our trucks are small, and we aim to follow Vancouver's non-idling rules, turning our trucks off after 3 minutes (or less) to reduce C02 emissions. Each truck has a GPS system installed, reducing engine run time while pinpointing customer sites. On the rare occasion heavy or specialized equipment is needed, we rent rather than buy, thus reducing our impact. PLUS, when we need to get from point A to point B, when it's work, but not hauling, we drive a scooter that gets 95mpg! Scooters weigh less, used less resources to build and cost less to operate. Save time - Our fast-working crews get it done on the day you choose, reliably and professionally. Not only do we save you the time, money, and filth of doing this yourself in your own or rental truck (and trust us, it's never cheaper to rent your own truck!), but we come equipped with two (or more) able bodies who're able to walk backwards carrying a fridge without killing each other.

Save energy - Focus on what "you" enjoy and leave the dirty work to us. Believe it or not, we love this stuff. If your job requires the services of an associated professional to really finish it of, we contact one of our select movers, landscape designers, professional organizers, house stagers, or interior decorators/designers to help. We often manage projects so you don't have to.
